Juvelook is a new-generation preparation that brought together, in a single formula, immediate hydration and long-term collagen stimulation. Where conventional products work through one mechanism only, Juvelook takes a combined approach to restoring the skin at cell level.
A dual formula
The PDLLA microparticles in Juvelook are exceptionally fine, which gives even distribution through the tissue and minimises the risk of nodules or irregularities — a problem occasionally seen with older collagen stimulators. The PDLLA then biodegrades completely, leaving nothing behind.
Clinical effects
In clinical studies PDLLA also proved effective in moderate rosacea, reducing persistent erythema and improving skin architecture in patients who had not responded to standard therapy. That widens its therapeutic scope beyond aesthetic correction.
Key advantages
Course and timeline
A course of two to three treatments at intervals of four to six weeks is recommended for a stable, pronounced result.
The result holds for twelve to eighteen months thanks to the sustained collagen stimulation.
Indications
- First signs of ageing — fine lines, loss of firmness
- Dull, dehydrated skin
- Enlarged pores and uneven texture
- Acne marks and superficial scarring
- Moderate tissue descent
- Dark circles and hollowing in the tear trough
The preparation can be used on the face, neck, décolletage and hands.
Clinical evidence
In a case published in the peer-reviewed journal Cureus, a 24-year-old patient with moderate hollowing and pigmentation in the tear trough showed improved skin texture, reduced hollowing and resolution of shadowing by day eighteen after a single Juvelook injection. Imaging — ultrasound, CT and MRI — confirmed good integration of the material into the tissue with no adverse effects. The authors attributed the durable, safe result in this delicate area to the dual mechanism: immediate volume correction from the HA and sustained collagen stimulation from the PDLLA.
Safety and side effects
Juvelook is generally well tolerated thanks to the biocompatibility and biodegradability of its components. Possible side effects include:
- Mild redness and swelling at the injection sites, resolving within a few days
- Occasional bruising
- Rarely, small firm areas — the risk is minimised by the ultrafine particles
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active inflammation in the injection area
- Autoimmune disease in an active phase
- Allergy to any of the components
Frequently asked questions
No. Juvelook is not a conventional volumising filler. Rather than creating volume, it stimulates your own collagen and hydrates the skin, which leads to natural densification and rejuvenation of the tissue.
From twelve to eighteen months, depending on age, skin condition and lifestyle.
Hydration is immediate, straight after the treatment. The full collagen-stimulating effect develops over two to three months following the course.
Yes. Juvelook combines well with laser treatments, Rejuran, botulinum toxin and other injectable methods for a comprehensive result.
A course of two to three treatments at intervals of four to six weeks is recommended.

I would rather build firmness slowly and have it look like yours, than build it quickly and have it look like mine.

Firmness that comes from your own collagen never looks borrowed. That's the only kind I'm interested in creating.
